Shipping Policy

Every Lissa Gail piece is created with intention and care. Please allow 3-5 business days for production prior to shipment. Once your piece is ready, you will receive tracking details as it begins its journey to you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for pieces of equal or greater value. Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in original packaging.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
